Marilyn Arsenault of Victoria received the 2014 Frontrunners Walk of Fame stone for her accomplishments as a masters age runner, coach and form clinic instructor.

Arsenault will be running the GoodLife Fitness Victoria Half Marathon for the third time Sunday, October 12th. She currently holds the masters half-marathon record for the event with her 2011 running in the time of 1:15:39, which was the open record at that time, since bettered by Vancouver’s Natasha Wodak with her 1:14:06.

Arsenault also owns at least two Canadian masters records for 10,000m on the track, where she ran as fast at 33:44 in the 40-44 age-group and 34:22 in the 45-49 age category.
