Adrea Propp won the 800m international race at the 2019 Harry Jerome Track Classic in 2:04.
Here she talks about working out with Vic City Elite, at Pacific Institute for Sport Excellent (PISE) and the trails in Greater Victoria as well as training at altitude in Flagstaff, AZ.
She won the race convincingly but had an approximate 15m lead at 600m but her competitors did gain on her in the end..
