The Athletics Integrity Unit (AIU) is looking for a Head of Communications.
The AIU, created in 2017, is responsible for implementing the World Athletics testing program worldwide. The testing program is at the heart of the AIU’s anti-doping strategy and mainly consists of doping control tests in and out of competition.
Attached to the AIU General Management, the Head of Communications will design and implement internal and external communication strategies according to the objectives of the General Management of the AIU.

Investigator
The Analyst/Investigator will be responsible for conducting and reporting on investigations into potential or alleged breaches of the Integrity Code of Conduct and the Anti-Doping rules. The Analyst/Investigator will work in the Investigations team and closely with the Results Management and the Testing teams. The Analyst/Investigator will also maintain external working relations with WADA and NADOs around the world. They will also be required to develop and maintain a global network of contacts within sporting and anti-doping entities.
Senior Case Manager
The Senior Case Manager has primary responsibility for the management of non-doping cases arising under the Integrity Code of Conduct but also, where appropriate, for non-analytical doping cases under the World Athletics Anti-Doping Rules. The Senior Case Manager manages cases through all phases of the disciplinary proceedings, cooperating internally with the AIU’s investigation function and externally with third parties such as Legal Counsel, experts, National Federations, National Anti-Doping Agencies, national agencies and law enforcement agencies.
