Connor Black finished third during the 2019 Canadian Cross Country Championships.

He finished behind training partner Mike Tate, who won and Luc Bruchet, who finished second.

In this interview, Black talks about the course with the infamous hill that he enjoys and the hay bales that he found challenging late in the race.

He is a USport national champion with the University of Calgary and is currently enjoying running in Guelph, Ontario.
