Ella Madsen, who runs for the Coquitlam Cheetahs, won her race at the 2019 BC Clubs Cross Country Championships.
She was talking here about the course layout, keeping ahead of the lead pack that was chasing her – she kept the lead the entire race – but barely and she had momentarily turned the wrong way to lose her lead and momentum, but gained back.
