Moller co-founder of the Lydiard Foundation is a four-time Olympian and bronze medallist from the 1992 Barcelona Olympics (age: 37). She won the 1984 B.A.A. Boston Marathon and several others. She is a three-time medallist from three different Commonwealth Games and she also medalled the IAAF World Cross Country Championships.

She is a fully self-penned, award-winning author, speaker and coach. She will be on the air to talk about lydiard clinics she has recently run in Australia, Boulder, as well as Japan, Seattle and the upcoming one in Victoria, BC, which happens Friday, November 14th to Sunday, November 16th and will be run by co-founder Nobby Hashizume.

Hashizume was a corporate coach in Japan with Hitachi Corporation. He has written translations into Japanese of the Lydiard method of training. He is also a former athlete, current coach and public speaker. Bruce Deacon is a two-time Olympian, three time IAAF World Track and Field Championships competitor and has run under the 2:20:00 benchmark for the marathon at least 20 times. He is a coach and writes the training program for the GoodLife Fitness Victoria Marathon, Half Marathon and 8K, which is taken in by approximately 10,000 participants each year. Deacon continues to run and coaches by the Lydiard method.
