Three-time (and back-to-back) winner of the Canadian Cross Country Championships, Lucas Bruchet of Vancouver, finished second in the 2019 edition to Mike Tate.

Bruchet was not quite as fit as usual as he had run less mileage and had trained specifically for another event in October, but was a close second to Tate. Third in the race was Connor Black.

The 2019 Canadian Cross Country Championships took place in Abbotsford, BC on Saturday, Nov. 30 at Clearbrook Park.
