German marathon legend Uta Pippig and Anna Hahner, currently the number one German marathoner, were both present at the press conference of the BMW BERLIN-MARATHON earlier today. Afterwards they were interviewed together by Andy Edwards. Uta Pippig won the BMW BERLIN-MARATHON three times and will start the race on Sunday, 25 years after her victory in 1990. Anna Hahner currently has a PB of 2:26:44 and aims to break the German qualifying standard for the Olympics 2016 which is 2:28:30.
