The Russian Anti-Doping Agency (RUSDA) has appointed a Supervisory Board. They accomplish this at the organisation’s annual general meeting.
This change was mandatory prior to the latest World Anti-Doping Code coming into effect on January 1, 2021.
The Code prevents representatives from sporting organisations to serve as members of the anti-doping agency.

Remaining on the board are Vice-president of the Russian Academy of Sciences Vladimir Chkhonin and astronaut Sergey Ryazansky. Lawyers Anatoly Kucherena and Natalia Sokolova are new Supervisory Board members, as is Tamara Shashikhina, director of the Moscow State Institute of International Relations.
Also added are Sergey Ilukov and anti-doping expert has been added as has Professor Vitaly Vinogradov of the Russian State University for the Humanities.
