World Athletics president, Sebastian Coe, delivered training equipment to Team Ukraine during the World Championships in Budapest.
Ukraine has 29 athletes at the meet.
World Athletics President Sebastian Coe has met with members of the Ukrainian team and newly elected World Athletics Council member Nataliya Dobrynska in Budapest to deliver much-needed equipment provided by the Ukraine Fund.

Coe delivered equipment to Nataliya Dobrynska, a newly elected World Athletics Council member. Coe was re-elected at the annual Council, for the third and final time. Ukraine was missing equipment destroyed by the Russians during its illegal incursion into Ukraine.
Among the items delivered were pole vault poles and mats $190,000 (£150,000/€175,000) a charitable donation. The money came from the Diamond League Foundation.
The money is being earmarked to support their pre-World Championships training camp in Banská Bystrica, Slovakia.
“This year, we have heard your request to provide athletics equipment destroyed by the war, and support for summer camp training and preparation for Budapest,” said Coe.
