Vaughn Taylor ran a 600m time trial at the Pacific Institute for Sports Excellence (PISE) track on Wednesday, July 15 in the time of 1:20, hand-timed.
The Regina native will be time trialling the 800m event next week. He may move up in distance permanently from the 400m, depending on how his progression goes.

Taylor is training with the Athletics Canada West Hub and Vic City Elite. He is a University of Victoria Vikes and the USport national champion in the indoor 400m event.
