Series director Matthew Norminton, coach at Running Solutions said, “Next up is the 10k or marathon event on April 19th, hopefully we can break 100 participants for the next one. No issues with using part of a run/workout or your time from another virtual race assuming it was done on the same day!”
Each race and the series is free to sign-up – just submit your proof.
There are a total of six events arranged to help give runners something to focus on while the global race schedule has been decimated by the Covid-19 pandemic.

Virtual Race Series Spring 2020
It’s been an interesting spring 2020 so far, to say the least. To help keep us motivated and running, here is a “Virtual Spring Race series” to take part in if you want to. The concept is simple:
- No need to pre-register or sign up, no entry fee. Simply run the distance outside on the required date (must finish before 10pm MST on that day) on your own, record it using your tracker (Garmin, Strava, etc…).
- Answer the google form questions (before 10pm MST on the day of the run), example here:
- Results will appear automatically on this website same day as people begin to upload them. Example here:
- I’ll try to round up some prizes for the top Canadian residents (sorry, I’m not shipping anything internationally!).
