Triathletes Liam Donnelly and Martin Sobey, who train together,r went 1-2 at the 2025 Times Colonist 10K. Donnelly wanted to run sub-30 minutes and did with his 29:48 performance, and Sobey wasn’t far behind at 30:01.
They will compete in the coming weeks in Yokahama, Japan.
