The league
The next 15-meeting Wanda Diamond League (DL) season will start on April 26 and end on the weekend of August 27 and 28, 2025. The finale, for the best of the season, will compete for the championship in Zurich, SUI. But it all starts with two meetings in China. The season kicks off in Xiamen, then on May 3rd moves to Shanghai/Suzhou, China.
From China, the DL moves to Doha, QAT. Then on to Rabat, MAR, before hitting Europe for 10 of the next 11 competitions. Eugene, OR in the USA on July 5th will occur at Hayward Field.

Thirty-two Wanda Diamond League champions will be recognized after competing for the Diamond Trophy and prize money.
The season serves as important preparation for the 2025 Tokyo World Athletics Championships, scheduled for September 13-20. The DL provides athletes the opportunity to be in top form against the best competition leading to the Worlds.
