Thomas Nobbs’ post-race interview at 2023 TC10K. The 23-year-old Vancouver native clocked a new personal best of 29:43 for the win.
He is coming off of a sixth-place finish at the Vancouver Sun Run where he finished in the time of 29:52. Nobbs is gearing up for the Tamarack Ottawa 10K, which is the national 10K road championships.
He is also planning to race the national 10,000m championships at the Pacific Distance Carnival in Langley. Both are happening this spring.
