The 2020 Pioneer 8K that took place in North Saanich on Vancouver Island, Sunday, January 12 was the 41st running of the Prairie Inn Harriers Running Club event.
It was won by James Lam and Natasha Wodak of Vancouver. It was also the BC 8K Road Championships. The Langley Mustangs went 1-2-3 in the men’s race. It was Natasha Wodak’s seventh win and her second-fastest 8K all-time. She has the Canadian record at the distance at 25:28 from the 2013 edition of the event.
