Jaxon Kuchar ran the 3000m event at the 2026 Vic Track Classic. He finished second to Matthew Travaglini from Calgary in a new personal best time of 8:09.92.
It is his first time under 8:10.00.
Next, he is looking to go sub-14 in the 5000m in Portland, Oregon. Kuchard will return to help with the University of Victoria summer camps.
