Professional triathlete, Liam Donnelly, raced the 2024 Times Colonist 10K on Sunday, April 28. He finished second to Vancouver’s Thomas Nobbs in the time of 30:48.
Next up is a sprint-distance triathlon in Mexico near Guatemala. The cool temperatures in Victoria wont help his acclimatization for the triathlon season, however, the race provided good training for the run portion of the event.
