Solen Wood is a 21-year-old athlete with Triathlon Canada.
He won the 2023 Cobble Hill 10K in a personal best and event record 30:47 bettering the old record of 31:11 by Steve Osaduik from 2008 on a slightly different course.
Wood will attempt to make Team Canada for the World U23 Triathlon Championships this year.
