This list would have over 700 entries, however, the personal best is shown only as most athletes have accomplished the feat multiple times.

Many hundreds more have run very near the 10-second benchmark, therefore the list is extensive.

Note: Where there is no “comment” beside a name, no information was found, however, this will be updated as more information is uncovered.
