She ran 32:30 10K in Feb. 2019, she is the Scottish 10-Mile road race champion from 2018. Won the Barbados Half Marathon in 2017, Victoria Half Marathon and is the Scottish Indoor 1500m champion. In 2016 won the Canadian U Sport 2015, BC XC champion ’15; BC 1500m champion from 2017.

2. Lindsay Carson (30) Burnaby BC.

She is a four-time GoodLife Fitness 8K champion; multi-time Team Canada member at World Cross Country Championships.

3. Malindi Elmore (39) Kelowna native, Stanford graduate. She competed for Canada 2004
Olympic Games, 2006 Commonwealth Games, 2011 Pan Am Games. 1,500m best of
4:02.64.

Retired returned to sport with 2:32 standalone marathon (competed in Ironman) debut at Houston in Jan. 2019, ran 32:59 at 2019 Sun Run finishing third on April 14.
