Lethbridge, Alberta’s Kip Kangogo won the 2026 Royal Victoria Marathon at age 47. He was just as surprised as anyone else with the win. He also broke Jim Finlayson’s masters course record with his performance.
His family was on hand to watch him race.
The former Kenyan has hit the podium many times in Victoria, but this is his first win at the Royal Victoria Marathon weekend.
