Gabe Van Hezewijk ran a new personal best at the 2025 TC10K on Sunday, April 27. He finished behind former UVic Vike teammates Brandon Vail and Jaxon Kuchard, both also ran personal bests.
Next up is a week of easier mileage, followed by plans for a track 5000m this summer.
