Aaron Ahl won the Royal Victoria 8K in a new personal best time of 23:48, 34 seconds off of Justin Kent’s course record. Ahl from Vancouver will race the Canadian Cross Country Championships.
Then he will focus on a spring season to get redemption in the 3000m steeplechase event, as he feel and became injured this year, while at his fittest.
