Aaron Kingsley Brown won the 100-metre event at the Harry Jerome Track Classic in 10.30.
He talks here about execution, future races and hearing that earlier in the day Andre de Grasse ran another sub-30-second 200m in Ostrava, CZ.
According to Brown, the two Canadian athletes push each other and it will come down to nationals in Montreal July 25-28 and then Doha, Qatar for World Athletics Track and Field Championships.
