Kara Winger with Tracksmith and the New York Athletic Club competed in the Victoria Track Classic on Thursday, June 16. She won, however, is still looking for the World Athletics Championships qualification standard. Her global ranking may be high enough to get her in.
Next for her is the USATF Championships at Hayward Field from June 23-26.
She said that she will retire after this season after a 20-year career in the event. Her personal best is 66.67, the standard is 64m.
