Vaughn Taylor ran in the off-distance 500m event at the inaugural Coffee Cup Classic at the University of Victoria’s Centennial Stadium on Monday, July 15. He won.
The 400m athlete joked that it was cruel and unusual punishment to make him run the extra 100m.
He will be taking part in the national track and field championships in Montreal July 25-28
