Marisha runs for the Victoria Endurance Project, a post-grad and club to the University of Victoria Vikes.
Thompson is coached by Hilary Stellingwerff.
She won the 3000m race, the main event at the 2025 Victoria Track Classic. Next up is the BC Championships, Harry Jerome Track Classic. She hopes to be chosen for Team Canada competing at the World University Games.
