Fans are invited to vote for their men’s and women’s European Athletes of the Year and Rising Stars for 2024.
The winners will be crowned at the European Athletics Golden Tracks gala night and award ceremony which takes place this year in Skopje, Republic of North Macedonia on Saturday 26 October. The glittering occasion will be streamed live on the European Athletics YouTube channel.

After an exciting and record-breaking year for the continent’s top stars our expert panel has selected 10 male and female athletes for each of the four awards.
The 40 nominees across the four categories represent no fewer than 20 Member Federations.
No athlete who has previously served a doping ban of two years or more is eligible for nomination.
The fans’ vote along with the media vote, the European Athletics Member Federations’ vote and an expert European Athletics panel each count for 25% towards the overall vote.
Voting closes at 23:59 CET on Sunday 29 September and a shortlist of three finalists will be announced for each category starting from week later Tuesday 8 October.
The four winners will then be crowned at the Golden Tracks award ceremony in Skopje.
