Jonah Brost racing the 2019 Thetis Lake Relays for the Prairie Inn Harriers Youth Team. He is is currently attending Stelly’s Senior Secondary on Vancouver Island. He is currently deciding between running for the University of British Columbia and the University of Victoria for 2020.
He will be racing in the 2019 National Club Cross Country Championships on Nov.30 in Abbotsford at Clearbrook Park.
