Max Davies finished second in the U18 category at the 2019 Canadian Cross Country Championships to local Jaiveer Tiwana, who won four of four cross-country races this autumn.
Davies was running for Team Ontario.
Here he talks about how he battled for a podium finish with Tiwana and third-place finisher Ben Miske.
