The Arthur Lydiard Foundation was in Victoria, BC to teach the Lydiard method of training, the Lydiard Level 1, Level 2 and Road Runners Club of America (RRCA) certification was taught.
In this video, instructor Nobby Hashizume demonstrates a few exercises to be used during the hill phase of training. The class participated and quickly adopted the movements as demonstrated in this video below.
The hill phase is 4 to 6 weeks long and happens after the base-building phase and before the anaerobic phase.
