The biggest weekend in Canada’s high school cross country season is upon us, and AthleticsCanada.TV is there for live coverage for the Ontario provincial championships (OFSAA). Meanwhile, in the west, BC School Sports has arranged for live streaming, which is viewable below.
For OFSAA subscribers can settle in for a full day of OFSAA Cross Country Championships races live from Lakefield, Ontario on Saturday, at 8:50 a.m. ET or 5:50 a.m. PT.

The BC meet will take place on Jericho Beach, the oft-used site for the national cross country club championships and other local races.
The BC schedule for Saturday starts at 9:15 a.m. PT:
Para-race: 9:15 am Junior Girls: 10:00 am Junior Boys: 10:45 am Senior Girls: 11:30 am Senior Boys: 12:15 pm
